The offices designed by Alberto Campo Baeza in Miami Beach has received the USA Property Awards 2024, for the best office building of 2024 in the United States. The project had already been named best office building in the state of Florida and has now been awarded the prize at the national level.

The jury highlighted the building’s elegance and simplicity in developing a complex program, as well as its great contribution to the enrichment of the city’s architecture.
