Alberto Campo Baeza

Alberto Campo Baeza, professor emeritus of Architectural Projects at ETSAM and member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando, gave the conference Thinking with your hands on 6 October at the Patio Herreriano Museum in Valladolid. In it, he spoke about the relationship between architectural ideas and drawing. Campo Baeza also reviewed a selection of his most recent projects, such as the nursery school in Armenia and the altarpiece of the La Milagrosa basilica, along with iconic works by the studio such as Caja Granada.

This lecture inaugurated the series linked to the exhibition “Dibujos de Arquitecturas”, organised by the museum and Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Castilla y León Este, COACYLE.

The event was so well attended that, due to capacity restrictions, some people were unable to enter.
